Notes -To be competent:
- Nominations for Officers of the Club and General Committee Members must be submitted in writing and signed by two Members. These must be sent to the Club Secretary in writing/by email by Friday 29 November 2019. It is the responsibility of proposers and seconders to ensure that nominees will be willing to serve.
- Other matters to be added to the agenda by members must have been notified in writing/by email, including a brief synopsis of the issue and a motion to be voted on, to the Club Secretary by Friday 29 November 2019.
- Written updates by Committee Members will be on the website in advance of the AGM and will be covered within the Commodore’s Report.
