Personal Data
When signing up for an event you will be asked to add an identifiable name and email address. Names given are publicly available on the calendar. By signing up you are giving consent for this information to be published. Published information is deleted from the calendar after 18 months.
Only administrators for courses, events or activities have access to email addresses entered in the Teamup calendar, and they will be used only for the purposes of management of that course, event or activity.
Providing first names only may be a sufficient identifier, as email addresses should help organisers identify participants. If you are unsure or uncomfortable giving information in the Teamup calendar, then contact the event organiser directly.
In the UK only children aged 13 or over are able to provide their own consent. For children under this age consent must be from whoever holds parental responsibility for the child.
