What happens at club sessions?
These sessions are intended for adult Paddlers who have some experience paddle boarding. You will either have previous training or have prior SUP experience. As a guide you should be comfortable standing on flat water and have a solid self rescue.
What is Informal SUP Activity?
This is an opportunity for club members to paddle informally but with the security of other club members being around and a safety boat on the water.
Do I need to be a member
The sessions are open to adult members of the club. Non-members can participate on a Come and Try basis but must join the club after a maximum of two sessions.
Does the Club offer training

Informal SUP activity is encouraged when other water sports activities are taking place. This will typically be during dinghy sailing on Sunday afternoons, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Booking can be made via Teamup.
