LATE RENEWAL – A DEADLINE DATE FOR RENEWAL SHALL BE STIPULATED IN THE RENEWAL NOTICE SENT TO ALL MEMBERS – MEMBERS RENEWING AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A NEW MEMBERSHIP AND PAY THE RELEVANT JOINING FEE.

Junior membership – Under 18 yrs on 1^st January in the current year.                       

Student Membership – 18 yrs and over and in full time education.            

Senior Citizens – see “OAP” Rate above.                                                    

Family Membership includes two adults and any of their children under 18 yrs on 1st January 2010; i.e. juniors.

Associates do not normally take part in sailing, see Membership Benefits table overleaf.

Visitors – there is no joining fee for visitors, the membership fee of £10 is payable per week or part thereof.

New members joining from 1 September onwards will pay the “Late Joiners Fee”.

INSURANCE INDEMNITY

All existing members are required to sign an insurance indemnity in the following terms :

"I certify that I shall maintain while a member of Chanonry Sailing Club, insurance cover for any boat or mooring owned or part-owned by me including third party and public liability indemnity for at least £2,000,000

This undertaking and indemnity shall remain in force until withdrawn by me in writing to the Honorary Secretary, Chanonry Sailing Club."

Applicants for membership are required to sign the same indemnity. The Club regards this matter as extremely important and asks members to ensure that they are complying with the undertaking given.
